At Flo Pilates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't help you find your flow, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
